Kathryn is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern who works with both couples and individuals. As a triple citizen of New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States, Kathryn brings a global perspective to her work with clients from different backgrounds and cultures.
Guided by a strengths-based approach and informed by the Gottman Method, Kathryn seeks to create a safe and nurturing space where individuals and couples can explore and grow. Whether preparing for marriage or a nontraditional union, navigating a relationship crisis, or seeking to deepen connections, she offers a supportive environment to understand, process, and build a strong foundation — or to find clarity in mindful separation.
Her approach is inclusive and supportive of all relationship structures including consensual non-monogamy and polyamory. Additionally, Kathryn works with couples and individuals who are looking to explore new approaches to intimacy and relational dynamics, so that clients feel safe, heard and respected.
Having previously worked in marketing strategy and communications for large-scale corporations, Kathryn also helps individuals to explore and navigate professional and personal transitions, and align values to find a sense of purpose.
